International Return Policy
Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Sale items are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return cost of shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Place the item you wish to return in a box or envelope of your choice (you can reuse the original envelope but make sure there are no old shipping labels on it).
- Include your Invoice/Receipt in the box or envelope.
- Mail it back to proper address below with the shipping carrier of your choice. Use a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note: So International is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
- We will email you once your return is processed.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the return shipped date for the credit to appear on your statement.
IMPORTANT: MAIL YOUR RETURN TO ONE OF THE (2) ADDRESSES BELOW BASED ON YOUR SHIPPING CARRIER. ADDRESSES DIFFER DEPENDING ON SHIPPING CARRIER. WE MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR RETURN IF YOU DO NOT MAIL TO THE PROPER ADDRESS AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
